「テストセンター」は英語でもそのままtest centerと言えます。

例：
During Japanese job hunting, companies often make you take an aptitude test at a test center.
日本の就活では、テストセンターで適性検査を受けさせる会社が多くあります。

I had to go to a test center to take the exam.
試験を受けるために、テストセンターに行けなければなりませんでした。

The test center is very far away from my house.
テストセンターは私の家からとても遠いです。

テストセンターは英語でも test center です。2番目の例文の site は 場所 という意味があります。

困るなあ。。。ここに書いてあるテストセンターまでに行くと言われたが、どこにあるかわからないから、遅れちゃう。
