英語で[習慣](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/32171/)でよくすることを表現すると、現在形を使います。
I run everyday
I eat breakfast everyday
I learn English
一回だけのまだ終わっていない行動だと、現在進行形を使います。
I’m running today (not tomorrow)
I’m eating breakfast now (not later)
[ツイッター](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/86628/)をやってるの言い方は２つあります。
Do you have twitter?
ツイッターを持ちますか？
Do you use twitter?
ツイッターを使いますか？
ツイッターとは限りません。他のSNSでも使います。
Do you have / use Facebook?
Do you have / use instagram?
などなど
この二つが王道の言い方です。
二つ目は、"On ~" とすると、「~に[登録](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/40460/)してるのか」という聞き方をしていることになります。
他には：
Do you have a Twitter account?
ツイッターの[アカウント](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/37912/)は持っていますか？
① Do you tweet on Twitter?
ここでのtweetは「つぶやく」という意味です。
tweetのもともとの意味は「（小鳥が）さえずる、チュンチュン鳴く」という意味のようです。
② Do you post a tweet on Twitter?
postは「投稿する」という意味です。
これはfacebookやブログなどにも使える単語です。

This is also the simplest way of asking if someone has a twitter account.

The preposition "on" is best used to describe the experience of utilizing a specific platform to communicate.Similarly ,you might say "Are you on Facebook?"
