「当日」= on that day
「確認を行う」 = I'm going to check...
「(ツイッターの)フォロー」= who is following me (on Twitter)
「(ツイッターの)フォロー」を 「誰がフォローしてくれているか」に言い換えて、英語っぽいの who is following me となります。
I'm going to check _my followers_ ）「フォローワーを確認する」も言えますが、who is following me ではないとなぜフォローワーを確認するか述べてないです。
