"Eco-friendly" and "Environmentally friendly"
these two phrases are very similar if not the same, they are used to describe products that are not harmful to the environment, or very slightly harmful.
Often these products are 'recyclable' and/or 'recycled' from previous products.
Eco Friendly is the most popular and you will see this advertised on many products. Environmentally friendly is a longer way to say the same thing, this will come up more in conversation. Safe for the Environment you will see advertised in commercials and people will also use this when talking.

Environmentally friendly
Environment is a noun, but because we are describing a product, we use an adjective. You often add -ly to the end of a noun, to make it an adjective. This then describes the product as being good or friendly for the environment.
Eco-friendly
Eco stands for ecology or ecological. Ecological is anything that relates to (living) organisms and their relation to each other or their surroundings. In this case we are saying that the product is ecologically friendly. In simpler words, the product causes no harm to the earth or the ecosystem. Again we add the -ly at the end, because it is an adjective.
A product that works well with the environment can be called any of the names above.
They all refer to a product that does not harm the Earth in any way.
There are many different alternatives for different products, some products are not safe for the environment.
For example, plastic straws are bad because the plastic ends up in the wrong places, oceans (in the stomachs of animals) or on the floor as litter.

直訳すると実は意味が通じると思います。そうすれば「earth-friendly」になります。私のようなアメリカ人に言ったら意味が分かるはずです。
が、「earth-friendly」より「environmentally friendly」のほうが良い気がします。「environmental」は「環境」という意味があります。この表現はアメリカでもよく使われていると思います。
