Depending on → ～によっては
the content → 内容、中身
there may not be → ～が無いかもしれません
a response → 返事、返信
サイトのメールフォームで、訳した文以外にも、下のような文もありがちです。
There will not be responses to emails with inappropriate content.
「不適切や悪質な内容があるメールには、返信しません。」
でも、もともとの訳文の用が丁寧な言い方です。
Depending on what your inquiry is about, we may or may not respond to you.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーDepending on what your inquiry is about, we may or may not respond to you.
「ご質問の内容によっては、返信しない場合もございます」
Depending on what your inquiry is about, ... で「ご質問の内容によっては」と言えます。
