there may not be → ～が無いかもしれません
a response → 返事、返信
サイトのメールフォームで、訳した文以外にも、下のような文もありがちです。
There will not be responses to emails with inappropriate content.
「不適切や悪質な内容があるメールには、返信しません。」
でも、もともとの訳文の用が丁寧な言い方です。
