まずは、”Let's go get a break"、直訳すると「休憩を得に行こう」と書いて、意訳は「一息入れに行こうぜ！」となりますが、同時にお互い喫煙者であれば意味は伝わるはず、つまり「一服しに行こうぜ！」とか「一服しようぜ！」という意訳になりますね。
また、たばこという言葉をはっきり言うには、”Let's go have a smoke"、”smoke" は英語では 「煙」という意味の単語ですが、意訳して「たばこ」という意味の言葉にもなります。
さらに、”Do you want to go have a cigarette?” と言えば、ほとんど直訳、「たばこ吸いに行こうぜ！」という意味になりますね。
どちらもまた自然な表現の一つとしてよく聞く、使われる表現だと思います。
