前置詞はwith, to, for のどれかだと思います。
物によって変えるのがいいと思います。
ボンドの場合
Can I use this bond for everything? このボンド、全てに使えますか？
Can I use this bond for clothes? このボンド、布に使えますか？
「全部に使えますか？使えないものってありますか？」と聞きたい場合、
"Does it work for any materials?"
「どんな材質にも使えますか？」
という表現を使うことも出来ます。
"This glue works for any materials."
「この接着剤は何の材質にも使えます。」
