気力は「willpower」や「energy」で表現できますね。
「willpower」の方は"意志力、精神力"、「energy」は"元気"の意訳になります。

・I don't have the energy to go outside today（今日は外に出る元気が無い）

「仕事から帰るとなんにもやる気が起きない」を意味します。「lack」は「〜が不足する」という意味です。
- "I'm too drained to do anything after work."
「仕事の後で何もするエネルギーがない」という意味です。「drained」は「疲労した」または「エネルギーを消耗した」を意味します。
