これを文法的に『間接疑問文』と言います。

間接疑問文にしましょう。

このように使い分けてみてください。
1. This is asking the straightforward question.
A "Who's going to win?"
B "I think, Chelsea, if they can hold on to their lead."
To reckon =establish by calculation.
"His debts were reckoned at £300,000"
A "What do you reckon about the winner? Will the Blues win?
B "No chance! I reckon the Reds will win easily!"

To reckon =算段する。 計算する。

In the first question, you have used the verb to 'bet' which has several meanings, but, in this context, it means 'to maintain confidently, as if making a bet'.
You may also say: I bet that our team will win this match.
In the second sentence, you have used the verb to 'emerge' which has several meanings, but, in this context, it means, 'to 'become apparent or prominent'.
You may say: Our team will emerge the winner.
In the last question, you have been precise in your question, without ambiguity..

*Where is your money on?
Sometimes people bet their money on the team they think will win. However this phrase doesn't mean that you are betting literally but a casual way of saying "Which team do you think will win."
For example:
You:Where is your money on?
Friend: I think Chelsea is winning, no doubt about it.
*Where is your money on?
時々人々は勝つだろうと思うチームにお金をかけます。
