To pay with a debit card. To pay with a credit card. To make a cashless payment

When someone uses the phrase cashless payment, this is literally what they mean, paying for something without cash. Paypal is an account that allows you to pay, receive and transfer money that doesnt involve cash. It is an online app that is through a security system. Using a debit or credit card is a card that already has your money on that you can electronically pay for something without using cash.

A "card payment" is a payment that we make without using cash. It can be a credit card or a debit card. transaction. It is very convenient and safer. It is better than having lots of cash in your purse or wallet because your wallet or cash could become lost or stolen. A "contactless" payment is a similar type of payment. It involves a card and unlike regular card payments where you must enter your PIN code for any amount, with contactless payment, you don't need your PIN. Although it depends on how much the transaction is. In some banks in Ireland, if your total is more than €30 you must enter your PIN.

Card payment. To pay with card. Card transaction. In English we call a cashless payment, a payment that does not involve physical money like a note or coins, a card payment, or transaction, or to pay with card. Personally, I would say, 'pay with card,' when in a restaurant or in a bar. I hope it helps. Have a great day. Will

  • Payment by card

  • A cashless payment

  • Payment on finance

You would like to know what you call payment that doesn't involve cash. In that case we would usually just say 'payment by card' as that is generally the only other option. Of course, you could also say 'cashless payment'. Also, you could take out a loan in order to pay for an item and that would be described as 'payment on finance'. "I bought my car on finance."

  • I do not have any cash, do you have an electronic payment option?

For payments that do not involve the exchange of paper money, native speakers use a number of different equivalent expressions. -cashless payment This expression is straight-forward: a cashless payment is a payment that is without (-less) cash. This includes credit card, online, and debit card transactions. EX) We accept cashless payments like: PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. -Electronic payment This expression more describes payments made over the internet (such as: bank transfers, PayPal, and card payments made online). EX) We do not accept electronic payments, so please pay the deliveryman for your pizza.
