必須項目を埋めてくださいって英語でなんて言うの？

1) Please fill in the mandatory information in the spaces provided.
「指定の場所に必須事項を入れてください。」
mandatory で「必須の」
＊これはオンラインのフォームでも紙の用紙でも、どちらでも使える言い方です。

1とはちょっと意味が異なりますが、申込書などに漏れなく適切な情報を書いて欲しい時に、この言い方が使えると思います。writeを使っているので、通常手書きで記入する場合に言えます。
2) Please write all relevant information in the area below.
「下記に適切な情報をご記入ください。」
relevant で「適切な」
