Both of these sentences are formal. they can both be used in formal situations.
If you are emailing from your new email address then you can say: Please take note of my new email address.
If you are using your old email address then say: Please be advised that my email address is now: - followed by your new email address.
This might be better as you won't run the risk of it going into someones 'junk' folder.
