このままでいるとか、やるつもりでいるという時の「でいる」って英語で何ていうの？

「でいる」の訳し方は、その状況によって変わりますが、大体「am ～ing / is ～ing / are ～ing」で訳することが出来ます。

例：
このままでいる
I am staying where I am.
She is keeping things as they are.
Things are staying the same.

やるつもりでいる

He is intending to do it.
They are intending to do it.
