アプリの再インストールは英語でなんて言うの？

「アプリを再インストールしたら最新のメッセージだけ消えてしまって、あなたが送ってくれたメッセージが見れなくなりました。もう一回送ってくれませんか？」

アメリカに住んでいる友達に送りたいのですが、カジュアルすぎず、フォーマルすぎない言い方があれば教えて下さいm(__)m

再インストールは　reinstall

ちなみに再起動は rebootとなります。
