ブラシ使うのはゴシゴシする作業もあると思うので
良くゴシゴシしてあげるで to give a good scrub と言う
表現がおすすめです。
My toilet bowl is yucky. I need to give it a little cleaning with the brush.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーMy toilet bowl is yucky. I need to give it a little cleaning with the brush.
「トイレの便器が汚いな。ブラシで洗わないと」
toilet bowl で「便器」
to give ... a cleaning with the brush で「ブラシで…を掃除する」と言えます。
