裸で寝ることは「Sleep naked」と言います。 「Naked」と言う単語は「裸」と言う意味です。 その他にも「Nude」(ヌード)と言う言葉もあります。 素裸は「Butt-naked」と言いますが、こちらはちょっといやらしい言葉です。 例文をいくつか挙げます: - I love girls that sleep butt-naked (素裸で寝る女の子大好き) - I went to a fireworks festival and there was a man sleeping naked on the riverbank(花火大会へ行ったのですが、裸で川沿に寝てた男性がいました。) 家では裸で寝る事が多いと言うのは:「At home, I often sleep naked」

I usually sleep in the nude when I'm home. The phrase "in the nude" simply means naked or without clothes. "Usually" means often or in general, meaning most of the times. Therefore, this statement is simple and straight to the point by saying that if you are home, you would normally sleep naked. At home, I sometimes I'll sleep in my birthday suit. "Sometimes" is similar to often and means that something happens a lot, but not all of the time. "Birthday suit" is an expression that Native English speakers often use. The meaning of this expression is simply; naked or without any clothes. This sentence then means that you sometimes, but not always, sleep naked when you are home. I'll sleep naked if I'm home. Similar to the previous two answers, this sentence has the meaning: if you are home, you like to sleep without any clothes on. Here are some more words, expressions and phrases that relate to the nakedness: Nude Wearing nothing but a smile.- This one is quite simple, it just means that the only "thing" you are wearing is a smile; in other words, you aren't wearing clothes. Stripped- This relates to the term "strip" which means to remove your clothing, so by saying you are "stripped", you are saying that you are not wearing clothes. Not wearing a stitch of clothing.- This one, as you could guess means that you are not wearing any clothing items.

When you use this phrase: when I'm at home, I sleep naked a lot. Describes that when you are staying in your own home you like to sleep without any clothes on often, (a lot). This is something you can do when you are staying in the comfort of your own home.

If you'd like to explain to someone that you normally sleep naked at home, you can say something like "Normally when at home I sleep naked" or "I often sleep naked at home.". Use words like "often" and "normally" to show that its not just a one off thing and that it happens a lot.

There is a variety of vocabulary to explain to somebody that you sleep without clothing in bed. Naked / in the nude / in the buff / in my birthday suit - the last 2 should be used in informal conversation with a friend. 'Birthday suit' is a joke because it is what you were wearing the day you were 'born into the world.'

We would refer to being naked as our ''birthday suit'' because it is the way you were born... with no clothes on. Naked- not wearing any clothes at all. Usually- most of the time but not always. If you always sleep naked then you can say, "I always sleep naked."

"In the buff" this is my most favourite expression to explain being naked. You can simply say "I sleep in the buff." "Birthday suit" this is a euphemism & a great expression! If you can imagine being born you would be naked so this is where this expression comes from. "I sleep in my birthday suit." or "I'm wearing my birthday suit to the party." "Naked" is the most standard way to explain that one has no clothes on. "I sleep naked."

The idea of, "sleep naked," is what describes that you don't wear clothes when you sleep. Notice that in the two example sentences we can see some movement within the sentence and, "at home," can come at the beginning or end of the sentence.

既に他のアンカーの方から回答挙がっていますように、 「裸で寝る」は、sleep nakedと言います(*^_^*) 例) I usually sleep naked at home. 「家では、たいてい裸で寝ます」 この場合は、nakedは「裸で」と実質副詞のように機能していると考えれば分かりやすいと思います。 他にも、 She was dancing naked.「彼女は裸で踊っていた」 He's walking naked.「彼は裸で歩いている」 などと言えます。 以上です。 少しでも参考になれば幸いです(*^_^*) ★★大阪カフェレッスン英会話講師 KOGACHI
