「料金・費用」の意味のある"fee"は複数形で書いても大丈夫です。
この場合、夜の10時と指定されているので"special"を入れてもいいと思います。
special fee,late night fee,morning fee 等々、費用はすべてfeeを後ろに入れるだけなので覚えやすいですね。
あと「追加料金がかかります」と言いたい場合は"We chage you extra fees."となります。
「私たちが費用を請求しますよ」という書き方になるんですね。
