「最新情報」は英語で newest information , latest information と言います。updated informationですとアップデートされたという意味なので同じく「最新」ということになります。information that is up-to-date というと一番最新の情報という意味になります。 「彼が作成した資料」は the material he created とか the material created by him と言います。 I added the newest information on the material he created.だと過去形なので今回どのようにしたのかを説明している感じですが、いつもどういう流れでやっているのかを説明するのであれば I add the latest information to the material he creates （彼が作る書類に私が最新情報を追記します）となります。
