大会(チアリーディング)って英語でなんて言うの？

1.) cheerleading competition ( 大会(チアリーディング))　
「 大会(チアリーディング)」は英語でcheerleading competitionと訳せます。
「大会」は一般的に英語でcompetitionと訳せます。
例えば、
Can I receive time off of class for my cheerleading competition? (チアリーディング大会のために公欠できますか？)

または、
I'll turn in the request of absence on another day! (公欠届けは後日提出します!)

「大会」は英語で "competition" または "tournament" と言います。ですが、チアリーディングの「大会」を言う場合は "competion" がふさわしいです。"Tournament" はよくスポーツなどの大会の場合に使われます (basketball tournament など）。

例文：
Let's go see the cheerleading competition this weekend. 「今週末にあるチアリーディングの大会を見に行こう。」
I will be in the competition tomorrow. 「私は明日ある大会に参加する。」
