例一つ目で使っている"just ~"は、「たった今～したばかり」「今～したところ」と言ったニュアンスを持つ表現です。日常会話において便利なので、このケースに限らず使えるようぜひ覚えておきましょう。

"right out of college/high school"
または類似の表現
"straight out of college/high school"

「新卒」は recent graduate や new graduate と言えます。recent は「最近の」で new は「新しい」です。
I just graduated と言えば「卒業したばかりです」になります。
どちらもよく聞く言い方です。

When you want to say that you just finished college, university or school, you can just say "I just graduated." If you want to be more specific you can say:
I just (recently) graduated from college/university/school.
大学や学校などを卒業したばかり、と言う事を言い表したい場合
"I just graduated."（卒業したばかりです）
と単に言う事が出来ます。
もう少し細かく表現したい場合は次のように言う事も出来ます。
"I just (recently) graduated from college/university/school."
（(最近）大学/学校を卒業したばかりです）
I'm fresh out of college.
私は大学を卒業したばかりです。
This is another way of saying that you just graduated from college. However, this is an informal
expression, not to be used in a formal setting.
