「フルーツ系の甘いお酒が好き」というのは、I like (sweet) fruity (alcoholic) drinksとなります。
甘いはsweetなんですが、フルーツ系のfruityを使う時に「甘い」というニュアンスも入っているので、sweetを省略してもいいです。
また、「お酒は何飲みますか？」(What would you like to drink?)と聞かれた時に、お酒メニューを見ている場合ならalcoholicも言わなくてもいいと思います。
