「キッチンを綺麗に使ってください！」と言うなら
Please keep the kitchen clean!
直訳「キッチンを綺麗に保ってください」のように言えます。

それぞれのシーンで：
1) Please wash your hands well if you have touched any raw meat or oily foods before touching any dishes or foods in the fridge.
「生肉や油っぽい食材を触った場合、食器や冷蔵庫の食べ物を触る前に手を洗ってください。」
raw meat「生肉」なので raw fish「生魚」と言えますね。
fridge「冷蔵庫」

2) Please handle all dishes and kitchen utensils with care.
「食器や調理用具は丁寧に扱ってください。」
handle ... with care で「…を丁寧に扱う・取り扱いに注意する」
kitchen utensils「調理器具・用具」
