日本語とは読み方が逆です。
「Mac bookと同じくらいの性能のwindowsパソコンを買おうとすると3分の2くらいの金額で買うことができます」と言いたいなら、
❶ You can get a Windows computer which has the same performance of a Mac book at 2/3 (two-thirds) of the price.
*性能 performance
Apple products are overly priced, (アップル製品は値段が高すぎる)。
