元の日本語の文章は一つだけですが、英語にすると二つに分けた方がいいと思います。
Please send it once more より、could you please send it の方が丁寧で優しいです。リクエストするときに、could を使うと、より丁寧です。そしてどんな不具合だかわからないので、problem にしました。
