「来月の授業料です」は次のように言えます。
This is for my classes for next month.
直訳すると「これは来月の授業のためです。」となり、「授業料」と言ってはいませんが、直接渡すということですので、このように言っても全然問題ありません。
もう１つの言い方は、
This is the monthly fee for January.
「これは1月分の月謝です。」
monthly fee で「月謝」
for January で「１月分」、「来月分」と言うなら for next month と言えますね。
何か提出物を直接渡す時は下のように言いながら渡すと良いでしょう。
Here is my homework from last week.
「先週の宿題です。」
Here is my application for the study abroad program.
「留学プログラムの申込書です。」
Here is... の代わりに This is... と言っても問題ありません。
