*There can be two or more road that can get you to school. But in this sentence you are refering to the road that he/she normally takes.

If you wish to explain to someone the exact roads you use when going to school, you could say something like:
"The way I get to school is: go down Fort Austin Road, turn left into Python Terrace and then take the footpath that leads to the rear of the school."
Th road which may belong to the school that leads to the main entrance is called: 'the school drive.'
