もし一目惚れした物が複数形だと、I saw it ではなく I saw them になるので気をつけてください。
例：
I fell in love with Dr. Martens the first time I saw them many years ago.
「昔初めてドクターマーチンを見た時に一目惚れしたんだ。」
または It caught my eye を使っても似た表現ができるかなと思います。
