「お疲れ様」は日本独特の言い方なので、英語に当てはまる決まった言い方はないと思います。
この場合は、下の例文のように言うのが近いと思います。
ーI bet that was a long trip. You must be tired.
「長旅だったでしょ。お疲れ様。」
You must be tired. で「あなたは疲れているに違いない。」という訳になります。
ーYou were on the road for a long time. I bet you are exhausted.
「長時間の移動でしたね。お疲れ様。」
I bet you are exhausted. で「疲れ切っていることでしょう。」という訳になります。
