「夕食の時間には起こしてもらえますか」
Could you wake me up for the dinner?
といいます。
起こす というのは、wake ＋人＋ up です。
She woke me up early in the morning.
(彼女は朝早く私を起こした）
などと使います。
Could のかわりにCan を使うと、もう少しカジュアルな感じになります。
人によって微妙に表現は変わりますが、紹介した3つはいずれも一般的で自然な言い回しです。
英訳1：Could you wake me up for dinner?「夕食の時間に起こしてくれますか？」
他の方たちが回答されたように、最もよく使われる言い方です。
英訳2：Wake me up for dinner, please.「夕食の時間に起こしてくれますか？」
命令形でも最後にpleaseをつけると依頼の形になります。便利な言い回しなので使いやすいですね。
英訳3：Could you wake me up when it's time for dinner?「夕食の時間に起こしてくれますか？」
1の別の表現を少し変えたものです。when it's time for dinner「夕食の時間になったら」を使って。
Please can you wake me up when the food comes round.
"Please wake me up for supper/dinner."
This politely asks the person to wake you up when the food is served.
"Supper" and "dinner" have the same meaning.
"Please can you wake me up when the food comes round." Politely asks the person to wake you up for supper.

Give me a nudge = touch me gently (to wake me up)
'To give someone a nudge' may be used in any situation where someone is asleep or nearly asleep or not concentrating properly or is being distracted from an activity.

PLAYER: "Yes, sir, he's in goal today."
COACH: "Go and give him a nudge would you? I think he's daydreaming!"
PLAYER: "Yes sir.
Give me a nudge = 優しく触ってくれ（＝起こしてくれ）
'To give someone a nudge' は、寝ていたり、眠りそうになったり、他の事で集中ができなかったりしている人に対して、（それに）気づかす、という意味で使うことができます。
COACH: "Isn't James supposed to be playing in goal today? he seems to be in the number 7 position.
今日はジェームズがキーパーじゃないの？オフェンスやってるみたいだけど？
PLAYER: "Yes, sir, he's in goal today."
ええコーチ、あいつ今日キーパーです。
COACH: "Go and give him a nudge would you? I think he's daydreaming!"
ちょっと気づかせてやってきてくれるか？たぶんボーっとしてるんだろう。
PLAYER: "Yes sir.

Dinner time' is the time that you usually sit down to have/eat your dinner so if you want to be woke up for your dinner you would say
'Please wake me up at dinner time' or 'Can you please wake me up at dinner time?'
another way to say this is 'Can you please wake me up when the dinner arrives' this means the same thing. We add please to be polite when asking someone something
「dinner time」は、夕食をとる時間のことです。ですから、夕食の時に起こしてもらいたいのなら、以下のように言えます。
