桜の花が散り始め、葉が出始めましたって英語でなんて言うの？

ーA cherry tree with blossoms that have started to fall and the leaves have started to grow but I also like cherry trees with just the new leaves.
「桜の花が散り始め、葉が出始めてきたが、葉桜も好きです。」
blossoms で「花」
started to fall で「散り始めた」
started to grow で「生え始めた」

「葉桜」は辞書などで調べると cherry trees in leaf と出てくると思いますが、この言い方は聞いたことがありませんし、あまり使わないと思います。ちょっと古典な感じがします。
なので、cherry trees with jut the new leaves（新しい葉が出たばかりの桜の木）などと言うと良いと思います。
