「指を追いかけてくるよね」＝「follow my fingers」
直訳すると、大体「the advertisements follow my finger」となりますが、この言い方はちょっとおかしいと思います。
なので、「The ads follow me when scrolling (on the Internet)」と言いましょう。
代名詞の「me」は「私を」という意味があります。カッコにある「on the Internet」は「インターネット上で」という意味がありますので、あってもなくても構いません。「ads」は「advertisements」の短縮形です。最近は「ads」をいうことの方が普通だと思います。
