All three answers are acceptable here. They are all simple sentences that will tell your teacher that you did not hear all the information clearly or that you missed some of what they said.
You can also ask them to repeat the sentence: "Sorry, could you repeat what you just said?"
"Sorry I didn't catch that"- 'didn't catch that' means that you didn't hear something correctly or understand something.
