メインホールはリーダーである貴方しか建設できませんって英語でなんて言うの？

OOしかできない とは英語で "only OO can" になります。
リーダーしか建設出来ません が "only the leader can build (it)" と言います。

メインホールはリーダーの貴方しか建設出来ません。
Only you, the leader, can build the main hall.

As the leader, only you can build the main hall.
この文はほぼ同じ意味ですが「リーダーだから貴方しか建設出来ません。」の意味に近いです。

「メインホールはリーダーの貴方しか、建設出来ません。可能になったらお願いします」　と言いたいと：
Only the leader can build the main hall.
メインホールはリーダーしか建設出来ません。
That's you, so when it's possible could you take care of it?
それは貴方（貴方がリーダー）ですので可能になったら、｛お願いします｝。

"could you take care of it?" とは "could you do it?" 「してくれませんか？」みたいな意味で英語ではもっと丁寧な頼み方です。「お願いします」とはぴったり合う英語の表現はありませんがこの場合 "could you take care of it?" は良いと思います。
