私が英語をリーディングし、
先生から「自分のリーディングどうだった？」と聞かれたとき、
「ちょっとつっかかっちゃたから、70点かな。」
という表現はどのように言えばよろしいでしょうか？
I got suck reading, so I think it was 70points.
でよろしいでしょうか？
"stumble"とは「転ぶ」という意味ですが、この文脈では読むことにつっかかった、という意味にもなります。
または、"I couldn't read so smoothly"とは「あまりなめらかに読むことができなかった」と訳せます。
”I got suck reading, so I think it was 70points.”
→「～が下手だ」というときに"I suck at (reading)"という言い方はできますが、過去形にする場合は何を読んでいるときに上手く行かなかった、という情報があったほうが自然に聞こえます。
"I sucked at reading this passage, so I think it was 70 points."
I stumbled over the words here and there, so I suppose I should get around 70 percent.
My reading wasn't that smooth, so I guess I should get about 70 out of a 100.

「あちこちで単語につっかかっちゃったから、70点かな。」
stumble over the words で「単語/言葉につかえる・どもる」という言い方です。
70 points でも良いですが、70 percent と言った方が自然な気がします。

「あんまりすらすら読めなかったから、100点中70点かな。」
my reading wasn't that smooth.「リーディングがスムーズじゃなかった」＝「あまりスラスラ読めなかった」とも言えます。
70 out of a 100 で「100点中70点」のように言うのも自然で良いですよ。
