『生涯罹患率』は、Lifetime Incidence Rateと言えなくはないと思いますが、
実用されているかというと私は聞いたことがないです。
以下に『罹患率』と『有病率』の説明を記載しておきます。
罹患率は、ある一定期間に特定の集団において、どれだけの疾病（健康障害）者が発生したかを示す（発生率の一種）
Incidence indicates the rate of occurrence of new cases of a disease or condition during a given period in a specified population.
有病率は、ある一時点の一集団において、どのくらい疾病を有している人がいるかを示す。
Prevalence rate indicates how much of a disease or condition there is in a population at a particular point in time.
生涯有病率とは、これまでの人生のある時点で疾病したことがある人口の割合
Lifetime prevalence is the proportion of a population who, at some point in life has ever had the characteristic.
