休校明けのひさびさの学校で疲れてしまったのか、休みの日に朝起きて気づいたら11時間眠っていました。

I slept for 11 hours without waking up once 

11時間ずっと寝たら - slept 11 hours straight 
I slept for 11 hours straight with out waking up once

Answer

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI was out for 11 hours last night and never even woke up once.
「昨夜一度も目覚めず11時間眠った」

ーI slept 11 hours straight through last night.
「昨夜、11時間起きることなく眠った」
to sleep straight through で、途中目覚めることなく眠ることを言えます。
