I just wanted to make sure that you've received my assignment submissions so far.
"I just wanted to make sure"＝「確認しておきたかったのですが」
"that you've received my assignment submissions"=「あなたが私の課題提出を受け取られているか」
"so far"＝「今まで（の分）」
