「チャージ料かかりません」って英語でなんて言うの？

チャージ料はservice feeとかseating feeと言います。feeの代わりにchargeを使えます。

「当店はテーブルチャージなし」はThere's no table charge at this restaurantとかThere's no service fee at this restaurant.になります。

特に「席料無料」でしたら、There's no seating charge at this restaurantと言えます。
