当面の間は顔や服に着いた色が落ちないって英語でなんて言うの？

インドのホーリー祭での感想をかきたいのですが、服や顔に着いた色の表現がわかりません。
ぜひ回答お願いします。

get the colours off your face で「顔についた色を落とす」
get the colours out of your clothes で「服についた色を落とす」

ーI think those colours are stuck on your face and clothes for the time being.
「当面の間、顔と服の色はついていると思うよ。」=「色が落ちない」
for the time being で「当面の間」

『当面の間は顔や服に着いた色が落ちない』は、
The colored powder on my face and clothes will not come off for a while.
として
『私の顔や服についたカラーパウダーはしばらくの間おちないでしょう。』
とできます。

インドのホーリー祭ではカラーパウダーを使用するかと思いますので
colored powder としました。絵具やペンキなどを言う時は、paint とするのがよいでしょう。
