「（エンジン）オイル交換」って英語でなんて言うの？

オイル交換の場合、古いオイルを抜いて新しいオイルを入れるのですが、この場合の「交換」はrenewでいいのでしょうか？

「（エンジン）オイル交換」は
(engine) oil change 
と言います。

例：
I need to do an engine oil change soon.
「もうすぐオイル交換しないと。」

I change the engine oil in my car every 5000 kms.
「5000キロ毎にエンジンオイルの交換をしています。」

Can you please change the engine oil and filter in my car?
「車のエンジンオイルとフィルターの交換をしてもらえますか？」
