まだ包装から出してないので交換してもらえませんか？って英語でなんて言うの？

購入した洋服のサイズが大き過ぎたため、小さいサイズに交換を依頼てしたいです。まだ包装から出しておらず、タグなども切ってないので、新品同様であることを伝えたいです。

take ... out of the package で「…をパッケージ・包装から出す」
exchange で「交換する」

ーCould I please exchange this for a smaller size?  It's still in the package and I haven't cut off any of the tags either.
「これを小さいサイズに交換してもらえますか？まだ包装に入ったままで、タグも切っていません。」
exchange ... for a smaller size で「…を小さいサイズに交換する」
is still in the package で「まだパッケージに入っている」
haven't cut off any of the tags で「どのタグもまだ切っていない」
