私の5歳児がDMM英会話に挑戦中なのですが、まだまだ先生の英語の質問が難しい時があり、フリーズすることも多いです。
聞き取りづらい以前に、文法がわからないので「What did you say?」と聞き返しても、まだまだ理解が及ばない状態。
そんなとき、英語で「なんてuKnow?」がよいかワンポイントアドバイスお願いしまーす。：）

僕には難しすぎてわからないよ。
It's way too hard for him to understand, so could you please make the question easier?
彼にはまだ難しすぎるので、質問をもう少し簡単にしていただけませんか？
上記のようなフレーズはいかがでしょうか？

「すみません、言っていることがわかりません。とても難しいです。」
I don't understand what you're saying. で「言っていることが理解できない」
It's quite difficult で「とても難しい」
ーIt's hard for me to understand what you're saying.
「私にはあなたの言っていることを理解するのが難しいです。」
It's hard for me to ... で「私にとって…するのが難しい」という言い方です。
ちなみにもう一度言って欲しい時は、
Can you please say that again?
「もう一度言ってもらえますか？」
ゆっくり言って欲しい時は、
Can you please try to speak more slowly?
「もうちょっとゆっくり話してもらえますか？」
のように言うと良いでしょう。
