カルテの記入時間も所定の施術時間に含まれますって英語でなんて言うの？
整形外科でリハビリテーション施術を受ける時に、理学療法士から様々な注意書きをもらいました。その中の一つに、理学療法士がカルテに記入する時間（数分）も、所定の施術時間（３０分）に含まれます、とありました。これを英語でなんと言うか教えてほしいです！
