・I'm going to take a virtual trip to the States.
オンライン旅行でアメリカへ行きます。
・I'm going to virtually travel to the US.
オンラインでアメリカへ旅行します。
virtual trip と言うと「オンライン旅行」のような意味になります。
virtually travel と言うと「オンラインで旅行する」になります。

バーチャルツアーは英語でもそのままvirtual tourで大丈夫です。

もしガイドさんがいるツアーのように誰かに案内してもらうのなら、guided tourでもいいですね。
また、1文目の回答のように「digitally: デジタルで」または「virtually: バーチャルリアリティを使って」を付け加えてもいいでしょう。
