様々な表現の仕方がありますが、
「伝わらないことがある」を「〜することは私にとって難しい」という表現に言い換えると It's hard/difficult (for me) to ... ということができます。
また 'sometimes' を付け加えることによって、「いつも難しい」のではなく、「たまに難しい」というニュアンスを付け加えることができます。
「細かいニュアンス」つまり「本当の気持ち」- 'real feelings' または「本当に言いたいこと」- what I really want to say
「表現する」- express
「メールで」- via email/ in email
と表すことができます。
