「ゲームの中盤くらいまでは私が両方のバフを取る」は英語で「I'll take both buffs until midgame.」と言います。kenta tamuraさんがおしゃった「I will take both buffs until about the middle of the game.」は近いので、そのまま通じると思います。例文の②の違いは「about」と「middle」の間は「the」が必要です。「middle of the game」は全然問題ないですが、うつのが時間かかるので、略した「midgame」の方が使われていると思います。おそらくLeague of Legendsの話でしょう。
