disturb で「妨害する・静けさをかき乱す」
Would it be possible to be seated where ...? を使って「…な場所に座らせてもらえますか？」と聞けます。
または
Could we have a seat where there is no one sitting right next to us?
「隣に誰も座っていないところに座ることはできますか？」
Could we have a seat where ...? を使っても表現できます。
