みかんの皮を剥いた瞬間に出てくるあの匂いがたまらない。って英語でなんて言うの？

みかんの皮 は orange skin と表現できますが 皮を剥くと言う意味で peel
と言う動詞があるのでそれを使う場合は peel the orange と表現して
skin は使わないです。

この場合の 瞬間 は moment を使うと良いです。

あの匂いがたまらない は I can't get enough of that smell と表現するのを
おすすめします。
嗅いでも嗅いでも足りないと言った感じです。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
