色々と表現はあると思いますが、
Go for it!
は、「その調子で、そのまま行け！」
というような、バスケットやサッカーなどでも観戦しているときに、よく使われます。
Never give up!
これは、今、走っているマラソンランナーに、声をかけている状況だと思ったので、少し意味を変えて、「あきらめるな、あきらめないで」というエールの意味をこめて、こちらの英語を選んでみました＾＾
Give it your best shot!
この表現は、「ベストを尽くせ！」という意味で、やはり上の状況と同じシーンで、応援する時に使えるかと思い、この表現を記載してみました！
応援する英語の表現は、学校ではなかなか学べない表現だと思いますので、ここで出た色々な表現を、まずご自身で使ってみて、体感しながら覚えてもらうと、実践的な英語になると思いますので、参考までに練習してみてくださいね☆
(トップ周辺でいい感じで走っている、この調子で)頑張れ！➡Way to go, name!
(辛そうに一生懸命走っている、負けるな)頑張れ！➡Hang in there, name!
(がんばりが足りないなー、)頑張れよー！➡Come on, name! You can do better than that!
Also a simple "RUN!!!"+(name) can be encouraging.
"Run like the wind!" - 風のように走れ！
風が疾いでしょう？The wind is sometimes very fast and when people feel the wind as they run it means they are running really fast! Otherwise they wouldn't feel the strong wind (unless the weather is really windy).
Feeling the wind makes them feel like a superhero!!! So tell your friend to "Run like the wind!"
"(GO!!!)You got this!!!!" or a simple "GO+name" helps too.
Saying "You got this" has a similar meaning as "you can do it!"
"Keep it up (name)! Give it all you've got!"- Saying "keep it up" lets them know that they are already doing good so it encourages them to continue like that. And adding "give it all you've got!" tells them to push their power to the limit!!!
また、単純に"RUN !!! +（名前）" で励ますことができます。
"Run like the wind!" -風のように走れ！
風がとても速く、人が風を感じるときには風の様に走っているということです。
そうでなければ、強い風を感じることはありません
（天気が本当にひどい風雨でない限り）。
風を感じると、スーパーヒーローのような気分になります！
あなたの友人に"Run like the wind！”（風のように走れ！）と言えます

もしくは単純に"GO + name（名前）"も使えます。
“You got this"（行けるぞ！）は"you can do it!"
（頑張れ！/あなたならできる！）と似た意味を持ちます。

（name）頑張れ！すべてを出し切れ！
"keep it up(その調子で頑張れ！)”と言えば、
彼らはすでに頑張っているので、それをキープし続けるように促します。
そして、"give it all you've got!"（持っているすべてを出し切れ！）
は彼らは限界まで力を出し切るように自身をプッシュするように伝えています！
